The My Trip page is your self-service hub for viewing and managing your booking. Here you can check your flight details, edit passenger names, download your invoice, access your e-tickets, or cancel your booking.
How do I access My Trip?
- Go to bookingduo.com/my-trip
- Enter the last name of any passenger on the booking.
- Enter your booking reference — a 6-character code (e.g. ABC123) found in your confirmation email.
- Click View my trip.
You can also access My Trip directly from the link in your booking confirmation email.
Where do I find my booking reference?
Your booking reference is a 6-character alphanumeric code (e.g. ABC123). You can find it in:
- Your booking confirmation email (sent immediately after booking)
- The booking confirmed page shown after completing your booking
- Your invoice
What can I see on My Trip?
My Trip shows a complete overview of your booking:
- Booking status — Active, Pending Payment, or Cancelled
- Flight itinerary — departure and arrival times, airports, airlines, flight numbers, layovers, and fare class
- Passenger details — names, dates of birth, baggage, and seat assignments
- Booking summary — total price, payment status, number of passengers, contact details
What actions can I take on My Trip?
From the My Trip page, you can:
- View itinerary — see detailed flight information including fare breakdown, baggage rules, and cancellation policy
- View or download your invoice — opens your invoice in a new tab (shows "Paid" or "Unpaid" status for bank transfers)
- Download e-tickets — available once payment is confirmed and the airline opens check-in (typically 72 hours before departure)
- Edit passenger names — correct first name, last name, or date of birth (up to 2 edits per passenger)
- Cancel your booking — permanently cancel with immediate effect
How do I edit a passenger's name?
- On the My Trip page, find the passenger you want to edit.
- Click the Edit button (pencil icon) next to their name.
- Update the first name, last name, or date of birth.
- Click Save.
Each passenger can be edited a maximum of 2 times. The remaining number of edits is shown next to each passenger. Please note that a date of birth change is not allowed if it would change the passenger type (adult, child, or infant).
How do I cancel my booking?
- On the My Trip page, click Cancel Booking.
- Read the confirmation message carefully — cancellation is immediate and irreversible.
- Click Cancel my booking to confirm, or Keep my booking to go back.
You will receive a cancellation confirmation email. If your booking is eligible for a refund, it will be processed automatically.
When will my e-tickets be available?
E-tickets are issued by the airline when check-in opens, typically 72 hours before departure. The My Trip page shows the expected availability date. You will receive an email notification when your tickets are ready to download.
If you paid by bank transfer, tickets will be available after your payment has been verified (usually 1–3 working days).
What do the booking statuses mean?
- Active (green) — Your booking is confirmed and paid.
- Pending Payment (amber) — We are waiting for your payment or verifying your bank transfer.
- Cancelled (red) — Your booking has been cancelled.
