When Will I Receive My Airline Tickets?

In most cases, airline tickets are issued within 5 to 15 minutes after your booking is completed and payment is confirmed.

You will receive your booking confirmation email with the reference number (for example, YAJC7S) immediately after your credit card payment or bank transfer. 

Does the delivery time depend on the payment method?

Yes, the timing can vary slightly depending on how you pay.

• Credit or debit card:
  Tickets are usually issued within 5–15 minutes after payment confirmation.

• Bank transfer:
  Tickets are issued as soon as the bank transfer is received and confirmed. This may take longer, depending on your bank’s processing time. Please note that your booking will remain active while we are waiting for your bank transfer. We will keep your booking active for 5 days to make sure we have enough time to receive your bank transfer.

What will I receive by email?

After ticket issuance, you will receive an email containing:

• Your booking reference number

• Confirmation of your flight details

This email serves as proof that your booking is confirmed. You can use that booking reference number to access your booking on ourwebsite, download tickets, and download invoice.

How do I access or download my airline tickets?

Airline tickets are typically available directly on the airline’s official website.

You can:

• Visit the airline’s website

• Enter your airline booking reference number and last name

• Download or view your e-ticket

In many cases, you can also use this reference to:

• Select seats

• Add baggage

• Check in online

What if I don’t receive my tickets within 15 minutes?

If you paid by card and haven’t received an email after 15 minutes:

• Check your spam or junk email folder

• Make sure your payment was successful

If you paid by bank transfer, please allow time for the transfer to reach the airline or booking system.
